The alien does'nt look slimey enough, as I remember it from the movie, it was dripping and drooling and that made it a lot scarier. Still you have a great thing coming up from there...

These are perfect portraits of character modelling. I think the light texturing work actually makes these look complete, despite what some of the others have written. I don't think that these were intended to be incorporated in a scene. However they would look cool animated.
