Your grasp of mechanical structure and general geometry ranks among that of the best 3D artists I have seen. Your expression in living things however, just does not seem to be there. Martika looks dry, she does not seem to have any kind of personality.
You should seriously study expressions and movement. Once you've got that down you should be exactly what every major employer looking for a great CGI artist is looking for!
