With regards to the comments about Claude looking like a "forty-year old hooker" due to the lines under the eyes, etc.: I'm curious as to the line of reasoning behind this criticism....do forty-year old people not exist? Certainly there are plenty of hookers out there at that age (not to imply that I agree that this is necessarily a "hooker"). Is the artist making a "mistake" by "carelessly" rendering a model who does not appear to be younger than twenty? Some people forget to examine their assumptions that female images in art must look a certain age....what if someone said, "Hey artist, um, Zon's looking kind of worn out. Might want to give him some more hair and get rid of those wrinkles under his eyes." Real criticism directed toward technique and rendering would be more useful to artists than unexamined comments about whether or not "the hooker looks hot" or whatever. If the lines under the eyes are a problem, comment on whether they are effectively realistic, not that they look old.
the perspective is a little off
totaly love the third picture . . . . . cool eyes
It is a grte pic, but I feel that the the models get lost in the dark...
Claude is beautiful. Very well done. I don't know what these other people are whining about.
"Claude" looks a little too much like a 40 some year old hooker
