"Sofita" is a scene with great atmospherics and overall looks. The problem is with the lighting; in some respects it is too dark and leaves the viewer unable to examine in detail some of your handiwork. I agree with De_Coi in that there would be greater ambient light within the attic, thus revealing more detail. Great work.
you've good ideas... congratulations...

The House:
- Your tiles are too reflective here... try reducing reflectivity amount, and giving it some falloff.
- I would give the glazing some reflection too, but not too much
- Give the glass table some reflection, and a bit of thickness.
- The shadows from the tree really don't work here. Suggest creating a gobo for the shadow effect, or a more organic shadow plane.
Sofita:
I think this can be a very successful atmospheric scene. I can't comment too much, as it is too dark, and I am unable to pick up any detailing. With the amount of light that is coming in through the roof, there would be more ambient light within the space - enough to pick out a bit more detail on the left and to the back. Add some more haze and dust to enhance the atmoshpere of the image.
It looks like you have used two lights to cast shadows - this is distracting, as the light that picks up the long horizontal joint along the side wall, is creating a light pattern that looks more like a reflected light on the floor - it is not consistent with the angle or nature of the light coming through the roof, which I assume is sunlight.
