i write code and do networking for small businesses. i am always amazed at what i see on this site. the fact that artists take the time to create such work with a machine is... cool.
you must always keep in mind that computers do what we tell them not what we want. when you can make them do what you want, your are very good. PERIOD!!!

Since you are the last in the sorted by date list, i guess you are the first of us who drove into the 3D world. I just have a remark to make in general for all the "old stuff". Since GI is a sort of new feature all these images use direct light only and therefore are very dark. The other thing is the saturated use of gamma in all of them (too many colours and saturation), probably to give more expression since there was a lack of detail in render generally.
Well, now that things have changed in that sense would we expect any more substancial changes in 3d in the following years?

hey, it's better than I could make... I think if you can't make something simular or better, you cannot just slam the artist. everyone has to start somewhere
